They are definitely customer service oriented, I owning my own Business was so impressed that Velvet saw a call come in from me after hours and she took the time to immediately call me back and was able to discuss with me what I was looking for, I was already standing in Homedepot getting ready to order granite from there and she was so sweet that she won my business. The measuring and installation was amazing as well. I would recommend these folks to anyone needing granite.
